In terms of salaries, Efes Moldova takes into account the statistics of the inflation rate. The salary offered to employees changes from year to year, varying according to the inflation rate. For example, in 2021 the salary increased by a minimum of 13.96%, according to this rate, and due to the obtained qualifications, the salary of some categories of employees increased even more.

In this sense, we award and bring appreciation to employees who complete work anniversaries within EFES Moldova. Thus, all employees who celebrate 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 or even 45 years of activity at EFES receive a special trophy and cash prizes in the value of one monthly salary or in the value of two monthly salaries for employees with more than 25 years of experience.

EFES is among the few companies where employees can have 40 or 45 years of activity, something appreciated by younger colleagues, because they are often younger than the jubilee internship. To give even greater scope to these anniversaries, we organise special events, dedicated to the celebrants, during which both the anniversary employees and their colleagues are invited to attend the reception together and to give appreciation and attention.

A goal of our company is to increase the percentage of women in the EFES family, including promoting women to leadership positions. That's why, through the annual Bi-Kifir contest, we offer the opportunity for employees to express themselves in a creative and original way, through innovative ideas and suggestions for improving the company's processes.

In 2021, we had 4 teams made up of colleagues from different departments, who united through common ideas and proposals in order to reduce raw material losses, to streamline the process of transporting crates to the KHS line and to clean the bunker internal power supply.

The initiative and involvement of colleagues is appreciated and remunerated through prizes and support, and the winning team, "Engineering Team", participates in the Bi-Fikir international semi-final in 2022, where it will be presented to the general public.
