In 2021, four teams developed innovative solutions: reducing raw material losses, optimizing crate transport to the KHS line, and improving the bunker's internal power supply. The Engineering Team went on to represent Efes Moldova at the international Bi-Fikir semi-final in 2022, sharing their idea with teams across the Anadolu Efes group.

Winning ideas are implemented and rewarded with financial prizes and visibility. Everyone is welcome, whether you work on the production line or in the office. Your ideas matter. It's a clear path to be heard, seen, and grow.

As part of the Anadolu Efes group, our people benefit from international learning opportunities. We provide direct access to global brewing expertise to enhance professional skills — from technology and quality control to logistics, packaging, and safety. Employees also participate in cross-country training programs and collaborative projects with colleagues from other markets. These experiences give you technical knowledge and the confidence to grow within a global environment.

To support continuous growth on the job, we offer two L&D internal programs:

  • Efes Lab is designed to develop long-term professional competencies such as leadership, teamwork, and decision-making.

  • Go Skills focuses on improving daily task performance. The program is designed to support the development of our sales team by enhancing their professional skills and fostering a culture of peer learning through internal trainers.

Starting strong matters — that's why we've built a mentorship and onboarding system where every new employee is guided by experienced colleagues. You receive step-by-step support to understand internal processes, safety standards, and your role in the team, which is especially important for production and logistics staff or those joining from student programs.

We believe in growth based on merit. Every year, each employee's performance is evaluated transparently and structured. Those who achieve AE (Above Expectations) or FAE (Far Above Expectations) ratings receive priority for promotions and monetary rewards. This helps everyone understand how progress works — and what success looks like here.

For students and early-career professionals, we offer two hands-on programs tailored to help you grow from the start. The Dual Education Program, created with Moldova's top technical and economic universities, lets students spend part of their week gaining real-world experience at our brewery while continuing their academic studies. You apply classroom knowledge directly to the production floor, and many students continue with us after graduation.

The Project Future Internship is a four-month immersive program open to students across Moldova. You'll rotate through departments like Sales, Marketing, HR, or Logistics, working on real projects, shadowing professionals, and receiving manager feedback. Many current employees, including young managers, started their careers through Project Future.

At Efes Moldova, we believe that fairness means more than just compliance — creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.

We follow the principle of meritocracy: people grow based on their effort, impact, and potential, not their gender. Women and men have equal access to career advancement, and we actively encourage gender balance at all levels of the organization. Today, 2 of our 7 directors are women, and 14 out of 38 managers are women — and we're working to grow those numbers further.

Currently, 187 of our colleagues are under 30, 151 are aged 30–50, and 68 are over 50. At Efes Moldova, we believe long-term commitment should be truly celebrated, not just acknowledged. That’s why we mark important career milestones with genuine appreciation and gratitude.

Employees who reach 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, or even 45 years of service receive a special anniversary trophy and a financial reward equivalent to one monthly salary. For those over 25 years, this reward increases to two monthly salaries.

Efes Moldova is among the few companies in Moldova where people stay — and grow — for 40 or even 45 years. These moments inspire younger colleagues and remind us what building something meaningful over time means.

We bring teams together to mark these milestones with warmth and gratitude through heartfelt internal events celebrating each person’s journey and contributions.

We operate Moldova’s only private wastewater treatment plant, use electric forklifts, and recover biogas to reduce our ecological footprint.
