About youth, for youth.
Within EFES Moldova we have two development programs for young students who can spend their internship in one of the company's departments.
The Project Future internship program, which offers students from the Republic of Moldova the opportunity to work for 4 months in our company. Young, capable, ambitious and creative people are assigned to different fields, depending on the specialty studied at the university. Thus, students work in the Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Financial, Logistics and Supply, IDS, CORA and Technical departments.
Compensation from the company, experience, knowledge. An opportunity like no other, young students have the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge obtained on the faculty benches. As part of the project, we invited the young colleagues in the development of the internal Employee Branding project, as a result of which they were also awarded. The young people took advantage of the opportunity to have an exchange of knowledge and experiences with the best specialists in Moldova and, in the end, to obtain the qualification of "potential employee".
Quality education. We have placed young people in the workforce, provided meaningful practice and rewarded students with critical and analytical thinking skills and capabilities. We aim to ensure the perpetuation of the annual project, develop creativity and team spirit on a daily basis and capitalise on students' knowledge. We support youth performance and excellence through training and quality.
In 2022 we launched a pilot project for students The Dual Education Project, which places a significant emphasis on training practical skills in the real work environment.
Through the respective project, the students we involved in the department's activity have the opportunity to offer opportunities to capitalise on theoretical skills in the real sector and are remunerated with a monthly scholarship for the activity carried out.
The students involved in the Project are part of the first-cycle bachelors training program. This form of training is not simple and requires significant efforts from all the actors involved: the educational institution, the company and the student. Because students during their bachelor’s studies will be present 50% in theoretical classes in the Educational Institution and 50% in practical activities in the company. But we strongly believe that these efforts will later materialise in more benefits for all stakeholders.
The Dual Education project is a long-term one and involves collaboration with the selected students during the study cycle - 3 years of bachelor's degree. This is a challenge that pays off not only for students but also for the employees of the EFES Moldova company.
