TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT

FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT

• Special attention to detail;
• Ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues at all levels of management;

• Basic knowledge of annual budgeting cycles and processes;
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. The MASTER's degree is an advantage;
• Good Microsoft Excel skills, (SAP – ERP) is an advantage);
• Good analytical skills, able to deal with ambiguous / complex situations;
• Language. English – spoken and written, Romanian / Russian.

• Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Participate directly in the monthly closing process and work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, identify and track budget variances.
• Provide ad hoc support and analysis for key strategic initiatives and business critical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
• Participate in the preparation of all supporting information for the annual audit etc.
