Requirements for the candidate:
- Managing office processes to help work run as efficiently as possible and keep employees happy and productive;
- Citește contractele și rezumă punctele cheie pentru șeful de departament;
- Budget/expenditure tracking;
- Manage the calendar of meetings, meeting rooms, events/retreats and/or other similar activities for the specified department/unit or director. Coordinate travel/conference arrangements and itineraries. Facilitates and provides all necessary assistance for meetings, conferences and other special events as required;
- Management of the contract signing protocol.
Responsibilities:
- Financial or legal background is a big plus;
- Bune abilități de comunicare și lucru în echipă;
- Excellent written English and Romanian;
- Intermediate PC user: Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
