Requirements for the candidate:
  • Managing office processes to help work run as efficiently as possible and keep employees happy and productive;
  • Citește contractele și rezumă punctele cheie pentru șeful de departament;
  • Budget/expenditure tracking;
  • Manage the calendar of meetings, meeting rooms, events/retreats and/or other similar activities for the specified department/unit or director. Coordinate travel/conference arrangements and itineraries. Facilitates and provides all necessary assistance for meetings, conferences and other special events as required;
  • Management of the contract signing protocol.
Responsibilities:
  • Financial or legal background is a big plus;
  • Bune abilități de comunicare și lucru în echipă;
  • Excellent written English and Romanian;
  • Intermediate PC user: Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
