DEPARTMENT:
DEPARTAMENTUL IT ȘI SOLUȚII DIGITALE
Requirements for the candidate:
- igher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role (IT Manager / Head of IT / Senior System Administrator / IT Project Manager).
- Strong technical expertise in:
- Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routing, switching);
- Servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization, and cloud platforms;
- Cybersecurity and data protection systems;
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, databases, and production/industrial systems.
- Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading complex IT implementations.
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and contract/vendor management.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with local and global IT teams
- Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) – required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily IT operations, ensuring high availability and performance of all IT services.
- Ensure stable and secure operation of servers, network infrastructure, cybersecurity systems, production systems, and business applications.
- Oversee IT infrastructure architecture, cloud services, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery systems.
- Manage and monitor ERP, CRM, industrial automation systems, and office software implementation and maintenance.
- Provide IT support for production and automated systems, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency.
- Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
- Apply strong project management practices (scope, timeline, budget, risk management, reporting).
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with global IT teams and external partners
- Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, standards, and documentation
- Prepare, monitor, and control the IT budget; ensure cost optimization and financial efficiency.
- Manage vendors, service providers, licensing agreements, and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and internal/global IT governance policies.

- Gestionarea portofoliului de clienți din zona alocată;
- Preluarea comenzilor și asigurarea livrării conform procedurilor;
- Monitorizarea stocurilor la clienți și asigurarea vizibilității produselor;

Responsibilities:
- Ridicarea, transportarea și așezarea mărfurilor sau a paleților în depozite.
- Utilizarea stivuitorului pentru a încărca/descărca camioane.

- Cunoștințe şi abilități organizatorice, de comunicare şi dirijare;
- Cunoașterea limbilor română / rusă;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Cunoaşterea calculatorului MS Office etc;
- Cunoștințe în procesul de facturare și evidență a bunurilor (avantaj);
- Disponibilitatea de a lucra în ture.
Responsibilities:
- Verifică cantitățile și sortimentele produselor pregătite pentru încărcare
- Controlează documentele de livrare (avize, comenzi, facturi)
- Supraveghează procesul de încărcare în camioanele distribuitorilor
