Cerinţe faţă de candidat:

igher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role (IT Manager / Head of IT / Senior System Administrator / IT Project Manager).
Strong technical expertise in:
- Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routing, switching);
- Servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization, and cloud platforms;
- Cybersecurity and data protection systems;
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, databases, and production/industrial systems.
Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading complex IT implementations.
Experience in budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and contract/vendor management.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with local and global IT teams
Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) – required.

Responsabilităţi:

Lead and manage daily IT operations, ensuring high availability and performance of all IT services.
Ensure stable and secure operation of servers, network infrastructure, cybersecurity systems, production systems, and business applications.
Oversee IT infrastructure architecture, cloud services, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery systems.
Manage and monitor ERP, CRM, industrial automation systems, and office software implementation and maintenance.
Provide IT support for production and automated systems, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency.
Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
Apply strong project management practices (scope, timeline, budget, risk management, reporting).
Collaborate and communicate effectively with global IT teams and external partners
Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, standards, and documentation
Prepare, monitor, and control the IT budget; ensure cost optimization and financial efficiency.
Manage vendors, service providers, licensing agreements, and contract negotiations
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and internal/global IT governance policies.
