Requirements for the candidate:
  • University studies
  • Minimum of two years experience in human resources
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Very good organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of English, Romanian and Russian languages
  • Ability to work in a team
Responsibilities:
  • Creation and publication of job advertisements on various recruitment channels and platforms.
  • Review CVs and select candidates based on candidate profile and requirements of available positions.
  • Participating in the process of interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Administration and monitoring of the efficiency of recruitment channels.
  • Making hires, resignations, transfers, according to requests.
  • Implementation of Employer Branding initiatives.
