Support Manager for Financial Decisions



Requirements for the candidate:
  • BS/MA in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
  • Experience of at least 5 years in accounting, financial control, reporting, budgeting, financial analysis. (preferably with professional certification);
  • Knowledge of ERP systems;
  • Excellent knowledge of IFRS standards;
  • Knowledge in the use of MS Office (advanced user of Excel);
  • Able to lead cross-functional teams;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Proactive approach;
  • English, Romanian, Russian at an advanced level.
  • Manage and improve the company's planning, reporting, financial analysis activities to ensure that strategic objectives are reflected in short-term plans and followed accordingly;
  • Design, lead and implement ERP improvement projects to improve workforce efficiency and data accuracy;
  • Ensuring key organizational policies and procedures are implemented and followed;
  • Timely submission of the requested reports/analyses within the specified terms;
  • Direct and advise other departments regarding accurate financial data;
  • I support the CFO in planning cash flow/cash placements/payments and gathering financial market information;
  • Develop strategies that work to minimize financial risk;
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities.
